2010 Northeast Christian Conference

General Facilities
Most of the rooms are dormitory style, multiple occupancy. There are only a few standard rooms for two or more persons with private baths at additional cost. A limited number of rooms are also available in Bay View Lodge at additional cost.

You may request a Bay View room or a standard room with private bath by checking the appropriate line on the registration form. Elderly persons, families with small children, and those with special needs will be given priority for these rooms. Remaining rooms will be assigned on a first come-first served basis.

Several motels are located near the conference grounds and house rentals may also be available. See the Off-site Lodging Info.

Children
Classes and activities will be provided for children age 4 through Grade 12. Teachers, craft workers, and supervisors for games and videos are needed. Please check the appropriate line on the registration form if you would like to help.

Nurseries will be provided for infants through 3 years of age. Parental participation will be required. Help from others attending the conference will be appreciated. Please check the appropriate line on the registration form.

A few cribs for infants are available for rental. Please check the appropriate line on the registration form. High chairs are provided.

Please Bring
Bring your Bible, notebook, pen/pencil, towels, warm clothing, and desired sports equipment. Bed linens are provided. Please do not bring sleeping bags.

Sports Facilities
Tennis, volleyball, ping-pong, basketball, soccer and indoor swimming are available.

Transportation
Transportation to the conference site is not provided. Harvey Cedars is approximately 2 hours from the Philadelphia, PA and Newark, NJ airports.
